The updates rules on Section 1557 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act were realeased in May of 2024 with new clarifications, mandates and guidelines on the provision of language and accommodation services for those with limited English proficiency (LEP), disabilities and other protected classes. This webinar will focus on the changes impacting Language Services.
